He's a jobbing actor, who mostly does voice overs now. This sort of thing will be great publicity for him and means he'll be doing taglines on bigger adverts for years to come.

Anyone used a Personal Trainer before? Worth it or a waste of time?

I've been really bad recently for getting back into fitness, lasting a few weeks and then jacking it for a couple of months.  

Ended up going with ex boxer Willie Quinn. Been seeing him for three weeks and shifted 5lbs, even with all the drink and scran over Xmas and new year.

Getting a bit fitter and can already see a difference in my body. Hoping for some big results this month now I've calmed down on the eating and drinking

First half of the sessions have been hitting pads, with sit ups and push ups inbetween.

Then after that it's been a mix of strength and cardio training. Weights,treadmill etc.

Really enjoying it. Spewed last week. Been out the night before and was rough as was doing sit ups and he was battering a medicine ball of my stomach
