Who told you that? Pretty sure cooncil tax has nothing to do with number of rooms. What band is it? Are the payments being split between now and March? That would explain why it's higher.

Quality is pretty good on the gopro like. 1080p videos etc. Most folk I know of who do Youtube videos use a combination of two cameras; a gopro and a regular canon/nikon.

Got the 5 but there isn't much difference from what I can tell. We put it in our fishtank just to see and the quality is brilliant

Pretty sure council tax is based on area and not the size of house.

Maybe it is a small factor but I'm positive it's mostly area.
