I think it was the fact you responded a couple of times. Honestly, I do wonder though, there isn’t much of an immigrant problem here, everyone is white let’s be honest. I feel like it could come from disliking yourself you may find it easier to blame the ‘other’ rather than taking personal responsibility. I had a really fat auntie and she genuinely was raging with life all the time but it was actually issues with self-perception and others suffered because of it.

I get that some folk down south not happy with how immigrants have been distributed and concentrated in some areas (Bradford etc..) but you don’t have that reason. Have you considered looking within you and exploring that a bit more. Contacting a personal trainer or psychologist to deal with eating habits/food addiction. Serious suggestion, btw.

Also, fat-phobia is. Real thing. People treat fat people really nastily sometimes, so the world can feel like a nastier place which I want to acknowledge is deeply unfair. Tbh I find society very shallow now and people are judged way too much on appearance rather than character.
