Fwiw reading that Greenland is spoken about in project 25 but it doesn’t chat about annexing the country just more about building strategic ties.
I’m fairly sure it was more explicit in its intentions for Venezuela but I can’t find the screenshot I seen earlier. I guess at the time when the document was written they probably didn’t want to outline that they were coming for Europe, obv didn’t give a fuck about Venezuela
