I usually take things on Klarna pay in 30, just means if something is wrong size or whatever you’re not out of pocket, although in hindsight it’s exact same as using a CC. I wasn’t sure how Klarna would’ve sided so my plan was to pay it off by credit card then issue the charge back. Whether that would’ve worked who knows


But aye going forward will try to just stick more on credit card, sounds sad as fuck but also thinking about filming opening orders just so there’s no question I’m not at it. Glad to get it sorted but I was fucking spewing at the guy who just kept saying “our investigation concluded the glasses were in the box”. Your investigation is shite then

Their whole thing was the weight by the courier matched the weight at the warehouse but couldn’t seem to fathom I’m telling them I’m not saying the courier stole them I’m saying either one of your warehouse guys did prior to weighing the package or more likely someone has returned them without them in it and no one has checked.
