Workhouse Walt strikes again

Walt's distrust of tea is long standing and well documented. That he can't enjoy this most british of staples is a shame, but his hatred of those that do is unsettling

Indyref trigger imo

The British Empire was founded on cups of tea, if you think I'm going to war without one you are sadly mistaken my pedigree chum

Tea is terrible.
Got one chancer in particular who seems to float about doing little else but make tea. Not very fair on colleagues imo.

I'm no fan of tea, but seeing colleagues take fifteen minute tea / chat breaks in the kitchen several times a day makes me feel better about never doing any work myself, so

I'm having a bit of a laugh with you guys, but there is a genuine issue. Ultimately if you get your work done then sit on TH all day if you want.
Do that and don't get work done and we have an issue.

The responses were absolutely textbook. How could i not have expected them?

Tell them to work while the teabag infuses, returning only to remove it and add milk, then straight back to fucking work

Just got 3 keys cut for one of the flats - £29

I think you have to separate office culture from working in a factory. Very few people can stare at screens for more than 20-60 minutes without having some sort of break, especially those with the people and communication skills that can make your organisation a success in other areas. If there is genuinely someone who is not completing tasks on a regular basis then hold monthly conversations with them and if this doesn't see an improvement then go down the disciplinary route. Getting silently seething over tea breaks suggests the workplace culture is one of fear and resentment though... There might be a few people in your workplace that want to see your organisation fail because they hate it...

We had some problems with that, factory mind, not an office, but cunts were away 20 minutes at a time for coffee and just generally skiving No coffees, water only

I member
![]() At least Chrambo got wee bits of metal for his money and paid a fifth of the price, rather than that cunt who pulled a door open and never even screwed on the handle
