How does he get impeached when all 3 branches of government are Republican?

Whenever he's pulled these stunts Republicans have condemned him in public and then backed him privately save for a few like Graham and McCain.

The only way he goes is if the Intelligence Community or DoJ break rank and start flooding media with concrete information that points directly to collusion between Trump himself and Russia.
