Leftist hacks like Freedland at the Guardian are calling it the right thing by the wrong person. It's not. It's another example of interventionist foreign policy that I had hoped Trump would have abandoned. Certainly it is a decision that could not have been supported by Bannon and will have been driven by others.

Maybe the Swamp has consumed another President or maybe it's just one bad decision. I hope it's a one off and that the USA leads the way now in leaving that part of the works well alone.
